The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Deadpool Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes.
The User may not use Deadpool Bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
Additionally, commercial use of Deadpool Bot without express written consent from the Bot Owner is prohibited.
The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Deadpool Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
The Bot Owner may modify the Premium subscriptions or discontinue Deadpool Bot at any time without notice. The Bot Owner is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Deadpool Bot.
All intellectual property rights in Deadpool Bot are and shall remain the property of the Bot Owner. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing Deadpool Bot without express consent from the Bot Owner.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deadpool Bot's developer, affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the User's use of Deadpool Bot.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Users must cease all use of Deadpool Bot.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration under U.S. law.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Deadpool Bot's developer and the User and supersedes any prior agreements.
